Both Nebraska basketball teams play in the 3,250-seat Sanford Pentagon on back-to-back days, about 180 miles up I-29 from Omaha. The women play Kansas on Saturday afternoon in the MarketBeat Invitational; the men play Boise State at noon Sunday.
Each day is its own ticket. Saturday's MarketBeat Invitational ticket covers both games that day, Kansas State vs. Minnesota and Kansas vs. Nebraska; it went on sale July 15 through the Pentagon's Ticketmaster site. Getting there
Drive
About 180 miles from Omaha and 215 from Lincoln by road. The Sanford Pentagon is about half a mile east of I-29: take exit 82, go east on Benson Road, north on Bobhalla Drive and east on Pentagon Place.
Fly
Sioux Falls Regional Airport (FSD) is about 4 miles from the Pentagon by road and about five minutes from downtown. Experience Sioux Falls' list of direct flights doesn't include Omaha or Lincoln, so driving is the simple option from Nebraska.
Get around
Uber, Lyft, taxis and the Sioux Area Metro city buses all operate in Sioux Falls. There are no Bird or Lime scooters.
Where to stay
Sioux Falls is compact, so the choice is between walking to dinner downtown and staying near the arena.
Downtown
Experience Sioux Falls points out that downtown hotels are a short walk from Falls Park and local shops and restaurants. Metered street parking is paid 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Saturday, and public ramps and lots 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.
