Parking, tailgating and bag rules for Memorial Stadium (football) and the Bob Devaney Sports Center (volleyball). Policies change, so check the linked official pages before you go.

Memorial Stadium parking (football)
- Public parking is in several UNL facilities for $15, $20 or $25 (credit/debit). Lots open 6 hours before kickoff.
- Lots right around Memorial Stadium are reserved for Huskers Athletic Fund donors.
- Reserve ahead: UNL sells advance event parking through ParkMobile. Print the QR reservation and arrive about 90 minutes early.
- Accessible parking is $25 in six public areas east of the stadium. Golf carts run between the stadium and the 14th & Avery Garage.
- RVs: limited game-day RV parking is $100, or $200 for a game weekend. RV spaces next to the Devaney Center (14th & Military) are first-come, first-served.
- Charter buses park on the south side of W Street between 14th and 16th.
- Shuttle: StarTran's Big Red Express is not running in 2026. iPronto runs a fan shuttle from four Lincoln locations instead.

Devaney Center parking (volleyball)
- University parking is $8 (credit/debit) at Lot 52 (ADA stalls), the Rock surface lot south of Transportation Services, Business Services off 17th St between Y and Holdrege, and Boathouse-Area C off 16th St.
- City-run public parking (for a fee) is in Lot 55 north and the Midway. Use the east entrance (Gate 4) on Salt Creek Roadway near 27th St.
- Accessible parking: use the west entrance (Gate 1) at Military Ave and N. Antelope Valley. Spaces are in Lot 52, on Ollis Ave and in Lot 58.
- Doors open 90 minutes before the match. The Devaney Center has no re-entry.

Tailgating basics
- Nebraska state law (Chapter 53-186) bans drinking alcohol on state property, and UNL's parking page cites it.
- Fire code bans open flames inside parking garages (Stadium Drive, 14th & Avery, 17th & R, 19th & Vine).
- RVs aren't allowed in campus lots except for donor-club members or in the paid RV options above.
- The athletic department asks fans to tailgate responsibly, and intoxicated fans can be turned away at the gate.
- Off campus, the Haymarket bars (Barry's, The NZone, Leadbelly, Gate 25 in the Rail Yard) are the classic pregame spots. See Lincoln spots.
Bag policy
Only clear tote bags up to 12" x 6" x 12", or a one-gallon clear plastic bag, are allowed at ticketed Nebraska events. A small clutch up to 4.5" x 6.5" can go in with a clear bag. Coolers, glass, cans, chair backs and umbrellas are not allowed. See huskers.com.
