Three games. One Husker Halloween weekend.
Thursday, October 29, 2026
Volleyball gets the weekend started at Michigan on Friday, then heads to Michigan State on Saturday afternoon. Saturday night, football hosts Washington at 7.
The catch: both volleyball matches are on B1G+. Before you settle into your usual bar, make sure it can stream them.

Watching volleyball from the couch? B1G+ is a separate streaming service, so these two matches won't be on cable or YouTube TV. Here's how to get B1G+ and what it costs. You can also listen free on the Huskers Radio Network through Huskers.com and the Huskers app.
Costumes encouraged. Volleyball required.
SET The Bar in Omaha is throwing a Husker Halloween Party for Saturday's Michigan State match.
The costume contest falls between the second and third sets, with prizes for the best women's-sports-themed costume and best dressed overall. First serve is at 3:30 PM.
Find your Husker crowd
Tap your city for addresses and the full list, and confirm this weekend's games with the bar before you go.
- Omaha: Hurrdat in La Vista says it streams every volleyball match on a 22-foot screen, and DJ's Dugout announced volleyball at all seven metro spots in September.
- Lincoln: Red Zone, Big 10 Downtown and The NZone have shown both volleyball and football, so ask about B1G+ before you plan the Saturday doubleheader. Going to the stadium? Here's the gameday guide.
- Around Nebraska: The NEST in Albion says it shows every Nebraska football and volleyball game Thursday through Sunday.
- Chicago: Babe's Sports Bar hosted a volleyball watch party in September, and Kirkwood is on the alumni association's football watch-site list, so try it for Saturday night.
- Somewhere else? Find a Husker bar near you.
Take the Husker crowd on the road
We've added road trip guides for five trips, from November basketball in Sioux Falls to spring volleyball in Louisville. Each one has places to stay, eat and explore between games, with plans for families and for weekends with friends. Two cover possible volleyball postseason trips and are clearly marked as depending on Nebraska getting there.
This is a one-time heads-up. The Thursday email still sticks to games and where to watch.
